Sacrament of Baptism
Baptism is a precious gift given by God through the Church, one which parents have the privilege to offer to their children. It is a gift meant to last a lifetime and beyond. The Sacrament of Baptism opens the door to new life by making us part of Christ and His Church. It is the entry into a Catholic-Christian community and a life of faith in Jesus Christ. Baptism for infants requires advance preparation of at least two months, which includes a Baptism Preparation Class. Baptism for teenagers and adults is conducted through our RCIA program.
Baptisms in English are held during two designated weekend Masses per month and at 10:30 am one Saturday per month (excluding Lent). Baptisms in Spanish are held during one 2:15 pm Mass per month and at 10:30 am one Saturday per month (excluding Lent).
More information, including the schedule of classes and upcoming Baptism dates, are available on this website on the right site of this page.
