Thank you for the work that you do in your ministry! We want to ensure you do not miss out on letting our parishioners know what’s happening. 


All ministries/groups, please send suggestions for inclusion in the bulletin and/or our parish social media accounts to the appropriate minister BEFORE submitting this form. Review and approval are required by the Ministry Administration for items to be published. 


Please note the following:

  • Bulletins are produced in advance. Be sure to submit your approved content request at least 21 days prior to the intended publication date for inclusion in the printed bulletin. Due to space limitations, approved content may be edited. Please note that there are various dates throughout the year when the bulletin publisher requires us to transmit the bulletin early.
  • Graphics for social media sites require back-and-forth as you will need to approve the draft before we post. We need content approved by Ministry Administration at least 14 days in advance.
  • All images/graphics that we use must be public domain, creative commons licensed, and/or have written authorization from the licensee to use.
  • You can access stock images through various sites but one easy way to do it is by utilizing the find public domain/creative commons licensed options in the advanced tools for Google.


We will try our hardest to run your ad as many times as requested. However, this is not always possible due to the number of activities that God has blessed us with around the parish.
