Altar Servers assist the priest during Mass. This ministry is open to boys and girls, fifth grade through college age who have received the Sacraments of Baptism and First Eucharist and attend Mass regularly. Formation for this ministry is provided.

Cantors are those singers who provide leadership at liturgy. Through personal prayer and preparation, they provide leadership and inspiration for the sung prayer of the assembly. This ministry practices at 6 pm on Wednesdays.

The Carmelite Spirituality Group follows the example of the Doctors of the Church, who taught us how to pray as we are made in God’s image—made to love.

The mission of the Charismatic Prayer Group is to provide an environment in which people can pray, reflect and share the good news of Jesus in the Holy Spirit. During the prayer meetings, we frequently have teaching and faith sharing, both intended to build up the faith of the participants. There is a prayer ministry for individual needs. We offer days of renewal and Life in the Spirit and Growth in the Spirit seminars that are open to everyone. This ministry meets at 6 pm on Tuesdays.

The Contemporary Group offers praise and worship music in a mix of soul, country, gospel, and soft rock styles, music for the young and young at heart. The group provides music for our 8:45 Sunday morning Masses on the first and third Sundays of every month. This ministry practices at 5:30 pm on Tuesdays.

Extraordinary Ministers of Communion give the Body and Blood of Christ to those who approach for Holy Communion. This ministry is open to those who have received the Sacraments of Baptism, First Eucharist, and Confirmation and attend Mass regularly. Their presence and prayerful preparation deepen the experience of the mystery of Christ present in this sacrament. Formation is provided for interested individuals.

The members of the Fatima Rosary Group gather on the 13th of each month at 7 pm, to pray a rosary for the primary intention of peace in the world.

Members of the Funeral Ministry team attend and assist with Funeral Masses at Presentation. They serve as Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Lectors, Greeters, etc., as needed. This is an opportunity to show those who are grieving that Presentation cares about them and prays with them.

Various instruments are needed during the Masses and special events to enhance the beauty of the music for the assembly. Such ministry requires a reasonably high level of musical proficiency, along with a personal commitment to prayer and worship.

Lectors proclaim the Word of God to the assembled community at all liturgies. By prayerful preparation for this ministry, they strive to engage the assembly in a living experience of the Word of God and of the presence of Christ in each celebration. Formation is provided for volunteers in this ministry.

The Grupo de Oración "Nueva Alianza" is a prayer group that comes together to pray and praise God and to share His Word. All children are welcome. Childcare is available. The group meets on Friday evenings, at 7:00 p.m., in the St. Francis meeting room. Bring your Bible. Meetings are in Spanish. This ministry meets at 7 pm on Fridays. Meetings are in Spanish.

The prayer group meets every Wednesday at 4 p.m. to pray the rosary and novena. Special intentions and petitions are also offered.

This group is dedicated to knitting/crocheting shawls and lap throws while praying for each person who will receive this gift. The Prayer Shawl Ministry meets every other month. Names of persons who would benefit from receiving a prayer shawl are accepted. This ministry meets at 4 pm every 3rd Saturday of the even months.

The Presentation Choir sings at our 10:30 a.m. Sunday Mass and other liturgies. The choir consists of persons whose musical abilities range from the simple carrying of a tune to those with accomplished music reading and singing skills. Choir members continually build their musical and vocal skills, learning from each other in a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. This ministry practices at 7 pm on Wednesdays.
